Squares are associated with the number 4; 4 edges and 4 points of intersection. When you think of 4, you can also think of the Four Elements - earth, air, water, and fire. These elements represent our physical world & more than that, are the ingredients for our survival and structure. It may seem silly to put such deep thought into something as seemingly simple as a shape but for me, it seems even sillier not to. Because more often it is the simplicities of our world that carry the greatest wisdom.

Hand forged oxidized copper squares
Handcrafted oxidized copper ear wires
